The most versatile braai sauces and spices

Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium size onions;
  • Meat (Beef, Lamb or Chicken);
  • Vegetables (Potatoes, Carrots and Butternut);
  • 1 Bottle of TAS Curry Braai Sauce;
  • TAS Barbeque Spice (to taste);
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil.

Method:

  • Cut onions into small pieces. Add onions and Olive Oil into your potjie and braai until nearly cooked.
  • Add a small bit of TAS Curry Braai Sauce and TAS Barbeque Spice and braai for another minute.
  • Add meat, some more TAS Barbeque Spice and two thirds of the TAS Curry Braai Sauce and bring to boil. Lowe the temperature and cook slowly until meat in nearly cooked.
  • Add your vegetables and the rest of the TAS Curry Braai Sauce. Add some more TAS Barbeque Spice if needed.
  • Cook slowly until done and ENJOY!
